Howdy IGRA Conventioneers,

Thanks for being patient with LSGRA! We had to wait till all the bowl games and the national championship game was over to get our block squared away here at the Marriott!

Below is the info you will need to get your room reserved for the 24^th Annual IGRA Convention here in New Orleans!

Below is the reservation link that can be included in correspondence to attendees. By entering this web address, all guests will be brought to a specially formatted Marriott website where individuals can make reservations for rooms with 1 or 2 person occupancy within the LSGRA block. They only need to enter their arrival and departure dates.

Room rate is $99.00 for dlb occupancy, and additional 2 guest will be another $20.00.

Each additional guest above 4 is another $20.00.

You will want to use the Group Code "Louisiana State Gay Rodeo Association" when making reservations over the phone.

The deadline for making reservations in the room block is Sept. 29, 2008!

Please remember that it is Halloween here in New Orleans and that rooms will be scarce here in the city, and it will be difficult to find a room rate at this bargain!

Unfortunately there are no suites available for guests to book, although we have 3 suites for chapters that sponsor the conference who will have a chance to pick up at the $99.00 room rate! The association will also be raffling off a suite. We will have more info on this raffle coming soon!
